SkillStack runs deep with me. In many ways, it feels like my life story. After selling a previous business, I reflected on how I developed critical skills that drove my performance, created value for my customers and ultimately changed the world for my family.

And for me, I learned through the stories of the people around me, in the flow of work, in real moments with real impact. Again and again, someone would share an experience, a lesson, a failure, or a breakthrough. I would carry the moral of that story with me, try to apply it, often get it wrong the first time, and then improve through practice, ultimately developing a stack of skills that changed my world.

Stories did something powerful that information alone never could. They helped me see what others truly meant. They gave context to experience and made learning memorable in moments I needed them most. I assembled a faculty of world-class storytellers with great stories to tell and created SkillStack.

But I don’t think this is my story alone; I believe it’s all of our stories! The skills that truly drive our performance and serve our families are learned from others, recalled through stories and mastered through practice. I built SkillStack to back human brilliance for better working lives on the frontier of AI transformation. We’re now helping time-poor execs around the globe learn from the lived experience of our faculty while mastering through our immersive agentic platform.
